Jump rope techniques that help with tennis: should I be doing "single skip" or "running" when jumping rope? - single rope technique
I've heard that skipping an excellent training for tennis and helps with the leg work. However, I must be running while skipping or from which a single jump (jump and expect to make) to. I'm sure there are other techniques of skipping rope, but we want to be able to do my best to provide you with the help of tennis.
