Where Could I Obtain A Hack License In Ohio Can You Obtain A License To Hack And Legally Change Someone's Passwords?

Can you obtain a license to hack and legally change someone's passwords? - where could i obtain a hack license in ohio

The mother of my friend was a man, a stolen credit card should be investigated. He holds a bachelor "hacking". He went and changed my password AIM, Facebook, and the two e-mails from Yahoo. You go to my Facebook account too, but nothing changes. Just visit your messages. I know because I have received messages that I have with friends and called his mother.

Is that OK? And it can really change the passwords for my girlfriend so that they can not afford it?
It was also through Facebook and print your private messages.

There is not no such thing as a license for the "piracy" - there is no such thing as a detective, and these people must have a state license to work in the license requires inspection history and fingerprints must be taken and take an image.

For example, the State of Texas licenses private detectives by the Department of Public Safety - Office of private security.
http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/psb/

All private security firms must be registered, and all those who work for these companies, you must be registered, including secretaries and receptionists.

Other states have similar requirements, I recommend the Yahoo search with a sentence like

Texas licensed detective

the State in which his name is replaced by "Texas"

Available online to all individuals and companies (Texas), which is licensed through this office.

It is perfectly legal for a personal friend of the mother of his girlfriend to investigate on their behalf, provided thatis not free her nothing, and while all that is revealed in him. But what does "to my Facebook account - Is the password for your account or your account via the account of your girlfriend?

If you really want us to these concerns, you contact your local police and ask if that person is legitimate. When he's not through the state, which probably has to examine the legal power to approve. Sure.

Edit: You say you broke in your account. " Time for the investigation because there are going to any person who is not authorized by the state illegally, so far, there are laws that prohibit unauthorized access. Real law enforcement must be assured "hack" into your account.

Or if you need to know if you see these "friends" who have these messages.

I feel like I've been cheated. I would not be surprised if their bank account suddenly empty. He can not "hack" an account just because they have purchased a license. Only law enforcement can do anything, and only if they have a warrant. Nothing about your situation sounds legitimate. You'll go to hell

Does not that sound a bit wrong. There are a lot of "hacking" licenses Out There (GPEN LPT CEH, CHFI, etc), but if something is wrong - it was not really intended to intercept their messages, without asking their permission. Normally, there may be legal proceedings, civil or criminal - easily. Unauthorized access is a federal crime.

Who has the necessary work to get his license canceled for sure.

I doubt there is a license to hack, unless you were giving reports on the criminal mind, and I am sure that it is illegal in the personal files of people such as Facebook, AIM, and will e-mail AOL accounts. So I want the police if I were you.

Piracy is illegal all together. It is a violation of users' rights and can not withouth user or administrator license. Thus, the account can be hacked not allow withouth egzample or approval by the administrators of Facebook.

I'm pretty sure it's illegal, but police will not move for so little noise.
